




















Imported Workers Support Scheme
The "Imported Workers Support Scheme" is funded by the Labour Department and operated by the Employment Development Service Limited of the Federation of Trade Unions. It aims to provide case consultation, counselling, and follow-up support services on labour disputes for imported workers under the Enhanced Supplementary Labour Scheme, the Special Scheme to Import Care Workers for Residential Care Homes, the Labour Importation Scheme for the Construction Sector and the Labour Importation Scheme for the Transport Sector. Case officers will provide appropriate support according to actual circumstances and assist imported workers in processing subsidy applications during the claim period.

- Employment rights seminars
- Consultation, counselling and follow-up services for labour disputes
- Assistance in preparing claim/legal documents
- Accompanying imported workers to lodge claim /attend court
- Processing subsidy applications during the claim period
